Hello! Sorry for the late email I have been out sick this week.

Issue: Smart Board
Last Sunday, we ran into an issue with the Smart Board not playing the Gospel Project curriculum videos. We tried playing them through both the PowerPoint presentation and directly from the Google Drive folder, but neither method worked.
It was mentioned that we may have experienced this issue before, which is why the computer had previously been connected directly to the Smart Board.
I'll work on troubleshooting the problem before this Sunday and will send a follow-up email with what I find and any solutions or updates.

I am still waiting on a few more confirmations regarding schedule changes. As soon as all of the open spots are filled, I will send out the updated schedule.

Summer Curriculum Update
As we prepare to launch Awana for the upcoming ministry year, we will be using
The Gospel Project as our summer curriculum.
Schedule Overview
Large Group Time (Service Hour)
- Teachers assigned to Large Group will lead the Welcome and Learn sections of The Gospel Project lesson.
- These portions will take place during the worship service hour.
Sunday School Hour
- Sunday School will consist of the Love and Live section of the lesson, which serves as the Small Group time.
- This is where children will have opportunities for discussion, application, and activities related to the lesson.
Small Group Leaders
Your portion can be found in the lesson guide packet for each week.
- Click the curriculum link above. It takes you to a Google Drive Folder.
- Locate the appropriate date and lesson packet.
- The Love and Live section is found on pages 9–10 of the lesson packet.
