This Weeks Prayer

Psalm of the Week

Psalm 113:5-6

He is the Maker of heaven and earth, the sea, and everything in them– he remains faithful forever. He upholds the cause of the oppressed and gives food to the hungry. The Lord sets prisoners free.

Local Missionaries

Jared and Abby Alleman (The Welcome Network, Indiana)

Jared and Abby work with The Welcome Network to help settle refugees and asylum seekers in the Northwest Indiana/Chicago area. Pray for the Welcome Network as they embrace the newcomer in the way of Jesus in the midst of global conflicts around the world.

Local Ministry

Men of Grace

The Men of Grace Ministry at Grace Bible Church offers opportunity for discipleship, Bible study, small group, and prayer with a dedicated group of godly men. Pray for good fellowship and for divinity over their time as they meet each Tuesday evening at 7 PM.

Prayer for Transformation

Almighty God, I praise you today for your righteous judgments and that you uphold the cause of the oppressed. Help me to see the disadvantaged, the weak, the foreigner, and the abused with your eyes and to treat them with mercy and grace. Amen.
