Communication & Updates

IVNS Volunteers Needed

Looking for a fun and rewarding way to serve IVNSK&1 this school year? Afternoon volunteers serve from 1–3 PM just a few times a month, helping staff and teachers with answering the phone and door cam, copying, cutting, tracing, gluing, and more! We’re looking for several more volunteers. Interested? Contact Linda McKown at lmckown@comcast.net or 215-723-0453.

MomCo Volunteers Needed:

MomCo is looking for volunteers to help make our gatherings possible! Volunteers are needed on the 1st and 3rd Fridays, September–May. If you’re interested in serving, please contact the church office. info@gracebiblesouderton.org

GRACEkids Volunteers Needed:

Interested in being a GraceKids Small Group Leader? We’d love to have you join our team and help kids grow in their faith! If you’re interested, please contact Hannah Labrum. hannahl@gracebiblesouderton.org

This Weeks Prayer

Psalm of the Week

Psalm 111:10

The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom;

all who follow his precepts have good understanding.

To him belongs eternal praise.

Local Missionaries

Rhonda Formanek (Leipzig, Germany)

Pray for God to continue to deepen the relationships that Rhonda is building, that they would be bound both to each other and to Him. Also, pray for the church people and ask the Lord to work through their times of fellowship and the teaching.

Local Ministry

MomCo

MomCo encourages and equips moms of young children to grow as mothers, women, and leaders in relationship with Jesus and the local church. Please pray for the moms and children who attend—that they would find encouragement and meaningful connection. Pray also for the steering committee, childcare volunteers, and mentor moms as they faithfully lead, serve, and support these families.

Prayer for Transformation

Lord, help me, for I am often lukewarm and chill; unbelief mars my confidence, sin makes me forget You. Let the weeds that grow in my soul be cut at their roots; grant me to know that I truly live only when I live to You, that all else is trifling. Your presence alone can make me holy, devout, strong, and happy. Abide in me, gracious God. Charles Haddon Spurgeon (1834-92)
